Dr. Homer Charles Arnold

  • Paper: “Gone in a Flash, the camera as a tool for making graffiti” at the PhotoHistory/PhotoFuture Conference at The Rochester Institute of Technology. April, 2018
  • Appointed to the position of Lead Researcher and Archivist for the Estate of Michael Brewster. Brewster was a sonic artist active between 1970-2016. His work is in the Guggenheim as well as the Panza Collection in Milan, Italy.  
  • Appointed: Associate Professor of Humanities at Riverside Community College District where he teaches both studio and art history classes, Fall 2017.
  • Paper: Brazil's unique graffiti culture at Brown University's, Reuse Reconsidered Conference, Providence RI, September 15-17, 2017
  • Currently editing a collection of his short writings to be sold through the independent bookstore Bookmachine, which is affiliated with the Magoski Arts Colony in Fullerton CA.
  • Published "The HOPE Outdoor Gallery" in Conflict of Interest, January 2016
  • Published "We are all Graffiti Writers" in Eye and Mind, Volume 2, Issue 2, Spring 2015
